Weather Conditions and cancellations: In the event of a cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the Zoo will update its website and social media and alert ticket holders via email by 3 p.m. the day of the event. If you have tickets for a canceled event, you will receive a full refund on the credit or debit card used to purchase.
